*Date & Persimmon Pudding*

This beautiful bowl of raw date-persimmon-pudding is the perfect treat! Indulge yourself with the fresh fruit tastes of medjool dates and fuyu persimmons... Experience bliss with their natural hints of brown sugar, caramel and cinnamon. This pudding can kick even the strongest sugar craving and it's super healthy too. I love making raw puddings, they always hit the sweet spot. It's wonderful as a winter whip slightly warmed from your food processor (room temp) or chilled for a slightly cold creamy desert. I enjoyed this for my morning meal, what a great way to start the day with fresh sweet fruit from God!

-2 medium ripe organic fuyu persimmons
-3 organic plump & ripe medjool dates
-quality filtered water to blend

-Small food processor

3 Minutes 3 Step Instructions:
1. Rinse & chop persimmons - removing tops and any
hidden seeds in the inner flesh... remove seeds from dates!
2. Toss persimmon chunks and dates in food processor.
3. Blend with water till desired consistency is achieved.
